Chopped Fiberglass Strands
Our chopped strands are made from continuous fiberglass yarns which are cut at a customer specific length. Optionally these cut fiber strands can be opened, separating its filaments which are normally held together by binder.
Our chopped strands are used in many fields of thermal and acoustic insulation. It can be applied as finished product or further processed into fiberglass mats or wool.
At Acou-Insul-Vision we sell two different qualities of chopped strands:

- made out of A-grade fiberglass yarn
- precision cut
- low moisture content (2%)
- Waste Chopped Strands
- recycled fiberglass material
- low price
- moisture content about 10%
